Shipping policy
UAE & International Orders
- After you place the order you will receive an email confirmation
- Please make sure you provide us with the correct shipping address and contact number to avoid any delays with your shipment
- Delivery time for International Orders is 10 to 14 working days
- International shipping charges (for orders below 7000 AED) are calculated upon checkout
- Please note: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
International Shipments & Refused Customs
Import duties and local customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
If a shipment is returned to us because you refuse to pay customs or fail to coordinate with the logistics provider, all return costs will be deducted from your refund.
Once the package is received and approved, we will process your refund as follows:
- Deductions: Please note that all shipping fees, carrier penalties, and customs charges incurred for returned shipments will be deducted from your refund/payment amount.
- Refund: The remaining balance will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
Delivery time
- We provide Next Day Delivery for all UAE orders placed before 1:00 PM
- 4-hour Delivery orders placed on Fridays (after 2:00 PM), Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday
- Next Day Delivery orders placed on Fridays (after 1:00 PM), Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday
- All orders placed on Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day
Shipping Charges
- We charge 30 AED for 4-hour delivery within Dubai
- We charge an additional 30 AED for cash on delivery orders within UAE
- We provide Free Next Day Delivery for orders within UAE
- Orders above 7000 AED for International shipments will be free.
- Orders below 7000 AED for International shipments will be calculated upon checkout
